Chess Piece Pâtisserie & Café Award

Description: Chess Piece Pâtisserie & Café, located in Fredericton, NB contacted the Holland College Foundation to establish an award for students in The Tourism and Culinary Institute of Canada’s Pastry or Culinary Arts programs, who intend to work and live in Atlantic Canada post-graduation.

Criteria: Students must be enrolled in their first or second year in one of the below programs at Holland College and write a short essay describing work ethic and their plans post-graduation.
