Harold E. Phillips Memorial Bursary

Description: Harold’s family created the Harold E. Phillips Memorial Bursary to honour Harold’s 100 birthday which will be in 2022. This bursary was created to help young people make their educational dreams come true.

Criteria: Applicants must be entering their first year of studies at Holland College, demonstrate financial need and be from West Prince, PEI. Preference will be give to Indigenous applicants.
