Melanie Jackson Memorial Award

Description: This award was established in memory of Melanie Jackson, Holland College alum and former instructor in the Journalism program.

Criteria: A graduating student who best exhibits the traits: clear career goals, demonstrated by a credible job search, is well-rounded, a team player, has demonstrated personal and professional growth; and most importantly, demonstrates a positive professional attitude.
