Description: The Canadian Beef Centre of Excellence is a globally recognized leader of Canadian Beef and Veal innovation, training, education, and culinary expertise. It is their desire to invest in and help aspiring chefs on their educational journey.

Criteria: Applicants must be Canadian citizens enrolled in their first year of studies, show academic excellence, leadership and financial need.
