John J. Sark Award

Description: The Indigenous Relations Secretariat, Government of Prince Edward Island, established a $1,000 entrance award for students from Prince Edward Island who are of Indigenous descent.

Criteria: Applicants must be resident of Prince Edward Island and be of Indigenous descent. Applicants must submit their Indian Status Card (front and back), for those who are non-status, please upload a letter from their Indigenous Community. Community Involvement will be a secondary consideration

Note: There is a one award available during the entrance award season for incoming students and an additional available during the enrolled award season for current students.
