Description The Immigrant & Refugee Services Association PEI Inc. has established the Craig Mackie Newcomer. Scholarship for first-generation PEI newcomer and demonstrate community involvement.

Criteria Applicants must be enrolled at Holland College and be a first-generation newcomer to PEI.
Please note that IRSA defines a newcomer as an immigrant or refugee. International students are not considered newcomers by IRSA
