Inspector Scott Lundrigan, in Memory of

Scott Lundrigan joined the Atlantic Police Academy family in 2019 as Inspector and Regimental Sergeant Major with a special focus on the Sheriff and Public Safety Program. He was a much-loved and respected leader to his students and was known by all to have tremendous integrity. Prior to his time at the APA, Scott served 38 years between the RCMP and Halifax Police Department where he was an outstanding officer, leader, and ERT member. After retiring from the RCMP, he spent a short time as the Coordinator for PEI Crime Stoppers, but his love of teaching and mentoring others led him to the Atlantic Police Academy.

Scott passed away on October 1st, 2022, after a short battle with cancer. His family chose to honour his memory by establishing the Scott Lundrigan Memorial Fund at the Holland College Foundation, benefiting future students at the Atlantic Police Academy.
