Elizabeth Coulter

The Thomas Michael Award for Parents has been established by his daughter, Elizabeth, in recognition of the value her father placed on education, for both him and his children.

Tom is a man of perseverance, deeply committed to instilling the importance of education in his family. When his daughter was just two years old, he enrolled part-time at university to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration. While attending university, he maintained a full-time job, played in a gentlemen’s hockey league, and still ensured he never missed a school or sporting event involving his children.
