Prince Edward Island Automobile Dealers Association Entrance Award for Automotive Technology Students
Description: These awards have been established by the Prince Edward Island Dealers Association and are available to students who are PEI residents, accepted into Holland College’s Automotive Technology program, and who exhibit a desire to pursue a career in the automotive industry of PEI.
Criteria: Applicants must be PEI residents entering their first year of studies in the Automotive Technology program and demonstrate a strong desire to pursue a career in the automotive industry in Prince Edward Island. Applications must include a letter of support from a high school guidance counsellor, skilled trades/career exploration teach or an employer, demonstration of financial need and community involvement. Preference will be given to applicants with past work experience, co-op placements, or high school courses that focused on the automotive industry.
